Description
The selected professional will play an integral role in logistics operations and customer service. Their main responsibilities will focus on two core areas: warehouse management and distribution activities. Within the warehouse, duties will include receiving, sorting, and organizing goods, as well as inventory control to ensure stock accuracy. They will also be responsible for order preparation, ensuring all products are correctly labeled and stored according to established protocols to optimize space usage and facilitate location.
In the delivery aspect, the position involves driving vehicles to perform equipment deliveries and pickups within the designated area. This includes manual loading and unloading, verifying the condition of goods, and managing associated documentation such as delivery notes or receipts. Additionally, they will provide in-store support, assisting with sales, assembling equipment, and performing initial setup to ensure proper functionality before final delivery to the end customer.
The role also requires flexibility to support other departments with general facility maintenance tasks. The work environment is dynamic, where organization, proactivity, and teamwork are essential to maintain operational efficiency. This is a position that combines physical work with organizational responsibility, directly contributing to supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction.
The offered contract is temporary, with the possibility of conversion to permanent. Working hours are full-time, Monday to Friday, with a split schedule from 9:00 to 13:30 and from 15:30 to 19:00\. The gross annual salary ranges between 18\.000 and 22\.000 euros, depending on the candidate's competence and experience. Onboarding is immediate following selection.
A valid driving license B and a minimum of six months' experience in similar roles—such as warehouse, delivery, or technical store assistance—is required. It is essential to be a responsible, dynamic, versatile, proactive individual with strong teamwork capabilities. Knowledge in mechanics, electricity, machinery, DIY, or gardening—as well as a good level of Basque—is considered a plus. The minimum required qualification is a Medium-Level Vocational Training (FP de Grado Medio).
