Come grow with us at our coffee shop! **What do we offer?** * Contracts between 20 and 30 hours per week * Standard salary **Responsibilities:** * **Communication Management**: Coordinate with the team to properly manage stock. * **Recipe Compliance**: Follow recipes and communicate any tool requirements to the head chef. * **Batch Preparation**: Use planning sheets to prepare cold and hot batches. * **Product Storage and Processing**: Store and process products correctly. * **Refrigerator Organization**: Organize according to the FIFO method (first in, first out). * **Stock and Order Management**: Organize inventory and place orders according to needs. * **Maintenance and Cleaning**: Keep your station spotless, meeting hygiene standards. * **Food Quality and Safety Regulations**: Ensure compliance with regulations to prevent cross-contamination.
