Experience in managing customer communications—both by phone and through other channels—is required, ensuring high-quality service and efficient resolution of any inquiries. Strong interpersonal skills, good listening ability, and clear customer satisfaction orientation are essential. Proficiency in office software and customer management systems will be valued. Typical responsibilities include handling incoming calls, managing email correspondence, organizing schedules, preparing simple documents, and providing general support to the administrative department. A high level of professionalism and discretion is expected. We seek someone with initiative, capable of working independently and adapting to a dynamic work environment, with opportunities for continued learning and skill development. A Basic Vocational Training qualification, PCPI or PGS diploma is required; at least one year of experience in similar roles—especially in customer service or call centers—is preferred. A C1 level of English is mandatory for fluent communication. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 17:00, and Fridays from 9:00 to 16:00\. Basic Vocational Training / PCPI / PGS.
