At IDDTEK, we are recruiting Maintenance Engineers, both Junior and Senior, to join a major industrial company located near Barakaldo. Responsibilities: * Plan and monitor preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities. * Analyze equipment failures and identify root causes. * Define and implement improvements to increase facility availability and reliability. * Monitor maintenance key performance indicators (KPIs). * Participate in continuous improvement projects (TPM, Lean Manufacturing, RCA, etc.). * Coordinate maintenance activities with Production. * Participate in investment, automation, and facility upgrade projects. * Collaborate on safety management and compliance with industrial standards. Professionals with greater experience may additionally assume technical coordination, maintenance planning, and team leadership responsibilities.* Bachelor’s or Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Organization, or related fields. * Experience in industrial maintenance. * Knowledge of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. * Analytical ability, initiative, orientation toward continuous improvement, and teamwork skills. * Experience in TPM, Lean Manufacturing, RCA, CEDAC, or other continuous improvement methodologies is desirable. * Experience with GMAO/CMMS tools (e.g., SAP PM, IBM Maximo, or others) is desirable. * English language proficiency is desirable.
