**We are seeking a Human Resources Technician** to join our People team, playing a key role in recruitment, hiring, and personnel administration processes—both nationally and internationally. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, coordinating all stages of recruitment and onboarding of new professionals. Additionally, they will prepare and administer employment documentation related to hiring, as well as track all necessary documentation to ensure the proper onboarding of workers across various work centers and projects. They will also provide administrative support for personnel management, ensuring that hiring and onboarding processes are carried out efficiently, in compliance with current labor regulations and the company’s internal procedures. **Responsibilities** ---------- * Manage full-cycle recruitment processes: job posting, CV screening, interviews, and coordination with department heads. * Coordinate the onboarding of new employees, ensuring an agile and well-organized onboarding experience. * Prepare and manage employment documentation associated with hiring (employment contracts, annexes, and other administrative documents). * Collect, review, and archive the documentation required for personnel onboarding at various work centers and projects. * Coordinate with different departments to plan onboarding schedules according to each project’s needs. * Conduct administrative follow-up of employee registrations, terminations, and contractual modifications, in coordination with labor advisory services. * Assist and participate in employment-related events such as job fairs or forums, as well as training institutions. * Maintain up-to-date personnel databases and employee files, ensuring proper document management. * Support employees with inquiries regarding onboarding and employment documentation. * Collaborate in improving and standardizing recruitment, hiring, and personnel administration processes. * Ensure compliance with labor regulations, data protection requirements, and the company’s internal procedures. **Requirements** -------------- * Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources, Business Administration and Management, Law, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, managing recruitment, hiring, and personnel administration processes. * Experience in companies within the HVAC, installations, engineering, construction, or industrial sectors—particularly where high staff turnover or on-site team management occurs—will be highly valued. * Proficient use of office tools (Microsoft Office); experience with ERP systems or HR management software is considered an asset. * Professional-level English proficiency enabling effective communication in an international environment is desirable. * Training and/or knowledge in Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP), particularly in documentation management for site access and coordination of business activities (CBA), is advantageous. **Benefits** -------------- * Stable employment contract and professional development opportunities within a growing company. * Compensation commensurate with the selected candidate’s experience and qualifications. * Application of the **Collective Agreement for the Iron and Steel Industry**. * **24 working days of vacation** per year. * **Flexible working hours** to support work-life balance. * **Reduced working hours on Fridays and during summer months**. * Excellent working environment grounded in collaboration, commitment, and teamwork. * **Private parking space** at the company’s facilities. * Opportunity to join a dynamic environment featuring national and international projects, with strong potential for professional growth. **Why Arce Clima?** Because we believe in **innovation**, **sustainability**, and the **talent of the people** who make our projects possible.
