The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities:\*\* * Plan, organize, and supervise daily site activities, including task assignment to staff and subcontractors. * Coordinate with the site manager and other professionals to ensure proper project execution. * Ensure compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and safety regulations. * Manage and control materials, equipment, and resources required for the project. * Conduct periodic inspections to ensure work quality and site safety. * Resolve issues and make prompt, effective decisions to prevent project delays. * Maintain open communication with the site team, subcontractors, and company management. * Prepare daily and weekly progress reports. * Participate in coordination and project follow-up meetings. Qualifications:\*\* * Technical education in construction, civil engineering, or related field (Advanced Vocational Training, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent). * Proven experience of at least 3 years as a Civil Works Site Manager on construction projects. * In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment. * Leadership and team management skills. * Effective communication and problem-solving abilities. * Knowledge of occupational risk prevention and construction safety regulations. * Proficiency with computer tools (Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, etc.). * Residence in Valencia or willingness to relocate to the Sagunto area. **Seize the challenge.
