Your responsibilities will include direct customer service, ensuring compliance with all established procedures and regulations. This includes monthly communication with headquarters, staff scheduling, store expense management, and resolving any incidents that may arise. You will play a key role in team leadership and coordination, always guaranteeing optimal service to customers. You will also supervise stock control, goods receipt, and shipment organization. Additionally, you will handle in-store merchandise replenishment and perform store openings and closings, including cash register reconciliation. This is a full-time position with a temporary contract and 40 weekly hours scheduled from Monday to Sunday. Shifts will be rotating, covering the store's opening hours between 10:00 and 21:00, always respecting legally mandated breaks. * Prior experience managing teams. * We seek a dynamic and proactive individual. * Residence near the workplace is desirable. .
