We are seeking an **Assistant SAD Technical Coordinator (Home Care Service)** for the Mos Municipal Council, with proven experience, to join the service for users in Mos. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating the service and its resources—both internally and with the contracting entity—as well as leading the interdisciplinary team and serving as the primary point of contact for users and their families. **Who are we?** At **Attende Care** (a home-based care and assistance company for dependent persons), a Serunion Group company, we work to enable dependent individuals to enjoy a better quality of life in their own homes, maintaining their autonomy within their family environment for as long as possible. Our human team consists of committed professionals focused on consistency, proximity, empathy, and sensitivity, working across four core areas of intervention: * Personal care. * Accompaniment. * Domestic tasks. * Therapeutic tasks. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, organize, direct, and coordinate the various activities inherent to service delivery. * Participate in the service’s leadership team (to ensure excellence, positive transformation, and improvement of the SAD). * Perform coordination, management, and organizational tasks related to the home help service. * Receive and review the service prescription, discharge order, and the client’s contractual intervention plan. * Conduct home visits and introduce the auxiliary staff and/or family caregiver. * Assess risks and coordinate actions with social services (municipal reference technicians). * Coordinate and monitor service incidents. * Coordinate and promote evaluation and performance-improvement meetings for the SAD. * Prepare reports and records. * Ensure that SAD staff are adequately trained and qualified. * We seek a dynamic individual with team leadership experience and proven ability to liaise with public administration. **We offer:** * Full-time position (39 hours/week) in a growing sector and collaborative environment that supports your professional development. * Indefinite-term contract. * Flexible schedule from Monday to Friday, adapted to service needs and planning. * Competitive salary based on candidate’s experience and merit, for a responsible role with real growth potential as SAD Coordinator across Catalonia. * Opportunity to join a leading company that values and rewards employee effort and dedication: continuous training program, social benefits, and professional development.
