Benefits of membership in the Pérez Moreno Group **Description:** ---------------- At Relaxia Resorts, the tourism division of the Pérez Moreno Group, we are looking for a **Cold Kitchen Cook** to join the kitchen team at our Relaxia Beverly Park\*\*\* Hotel, located in (Maspalomas, Gran Canaria): Responsibilities: * Preparation, assembly, and presentation of salads and cold dishes for buffet service. * Preparation and cutting of vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients. * Buffet setup and restocking during service. * Quality control and proper food storage. * Compliance with hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP). * Maintaining order and cleanliness at the workstation. * Coordination with the kitchen team to ensure agile and efficient service. Employment Conditions: * Indefinite-term contract. * Full-time schedule. * Consecutive afternoon shifts. * Salary according to the Las Palmas Hospitality Collective Agreement. What We Offer: * Being part of a business group with over 55 years of experience. * Ongoing training. * Benefits of membership in the Pérez Moreno Group. **Requirements:** --------------- * Minimum 1 year of prior experience in cold kitchen operations within a hotel buffet setting. * Food handling certificate/training. * Knowledge of basic hygiene principles, food handling practices, and health regulations and provisions applicable to collective catering kitchens, as outlined in the HACCP Manual. * Competencies: agile, organized individual capable of working under pressure.
