**YOUR MISSION AT ORMAZABAL**
Your role will be pivotal in directing and coordinating all aspects related to the company’s Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Risk Prevention Management systems—ensuring coherence and consistency across these systems, driving their continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of total quality throughout the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Participate in developing the company’s strategy and its implementation and evaluation within annual management plans. Prepare and monitor budgets and expenditures related to investments.
* Establish and implement an appropriate Process-Based Management system across the organization, monitoring key performance indicators—and specifically tracking and analyzing trends for Quality (Q), Environment (E), and Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) objectives—setting improvement targets for the management systems whenever necessary.
* Implement Quality (Q), Environment (E), and Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) policies, supervising compliance with applicable regulatory requirements to maintain or obtain certifications under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. To achieve this:
* Draft and maintain top-level documentation for the Management System—especially the Q/E/ORP Handbooks.
* Coordinate and execute the company’s internal and external audit plans for Q/E/ORP matters.
* Coordinate preparation of the Management Review of the Management Systems.
* Analyze and participate in resolving incidents—both internal and external—that warrant attention due to severity or recurrence, and coordinate corresponding corrective action plans.
* Communicate relevant topics regarding quality, environment, and occupational risk prevention across the organization.
* In the ORP area, serve as the liaison with the Mutual Insurance Company and the Labour Inspection Authority (SPA) to guarantee worker safety and health at their workplaces: analyzing risk assessments and establishing corrective action plans; ensuring workers receive proper information and training on risks and coordinating inter-company activities; verifying worker fitness for their roles through coordinated health surveillance; coordinating investigations into occupational accidents/incidents; and ensuring dissemination of the emergency response plan. Must stay updated on applicable legislation and promote necessary actions to comply (e.g., machinery adaptation, mandatory machinery requirements, hygiene measurements, etc.).
* In the Environmental area, analyze the company’s environmental impact and track established environmental indicators. Ensure proper handling of inert and hazardous waste generated by operations, and train/inform workers on related waste management practices. Understand and apply applicable environmental legislation to the company’s operations. Be knowledgeable about, manage, and internally communicate the company’s environmental legislative obligations.
* In the Sustainability area, act as the company’s liaison and participate in the cross-functional sustainability team, leading timely implementation of relevant sustainability initiatives.
**WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE**
* **Education:**· Degree: Bachelor’s or Diploma. A Master’s in Integrated Management Systems (ORP/Q/E) is desirable.
+ Minimum experience: Preferably 3 years in a similar position.
+ Required knowledge: Quality management; Environmental management; Basic ORP course (50 hours); ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards; Process-based management.
+ Languages: English, advanced level.
+ Required competencies: Change management capability; teamwork; emotional intelligence; achievement orientation; initiative/proactivity; customer orientation; effective communication.
+ Working hours: Full-time.
