What is the expected outcome?** At ITP Aero, we are seeking to incorporate an **Intern** into our **Supply Chain Development Department**, to support cross-functional process improvement initiatives, information management, ESG, risk management, and digitalization **applied to the supply chain**. This internship will have a practical, business-oriented focus: assisting the team in structuring information, improving data quality, simplifying recurring tasks, and preparing analyses that facilitate supplier monitoring, risk assessment, sustainability, compliance, and performance evaluation. Digitalization and artificial intelligence will serve as enablers to enhance efficiency, traceability, and analytical capabilities—not as standalone technology projects. The expected outcome is to contribute to a more structured, reliable, and actionable supply chain information management system, supporting the team’s continuous process improvement, reporting, and identification of automation or AI application opportunities in areas such as ESG, risk management, data quality, and supplier monitoring. The intern will support the team in: **What profile are we looking for?** * **Education:** Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization Engineering, Artificial Intelligence Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration and Management, or related fields. * **Required Experience:** Professional experience is not required. Academic or practical experience in data analysis, digitalization, automation, or process improvement will be valued. * **Required Knowledge:** + Digital tools: Microsoft Office 365, Advanced Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint. + Basic knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Copilot, or other generative AI tools will be valued. + Interest in supply chain, data analytics, digitalization, and business-applied AI. * **Languages:** Advanced English, both spoken and written + * **Soft Skills:** \- Analytical and problem-solving skills. \- Strong verbal and written communication skills. \- Proactivity and ability to work autonomously. \- Curiosity about emerging technologies and a practical orientation to apply them to real business needs. **What training will you receive to perform this role?** You will work with a multidisciplinary team and learn how to connect processes, data, and business needs to generate practical solutions.
