At **ONDOAN Group**, a leading company in electromechanical installations for industry and singular buildings, we are looking to hire an **Electromechanical Installations Site Manager** (HVAC, air conditioning, fire protection, refrigeration, heating and boiler systems, ventilation systems, etc.). WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION? Ensure the proper **on-site execution of installation projects**, guaranteeing compliance with deadlines, technical quality, safety, and daily coordination with subcontractors—acting as the **key operational control figure on site**, and serving as the permanent liaison between the field and the Project Coordinator. WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES? Reporting to the Project Coordinator: * **Supervise and control site execution**: review project scope, assign and distribute tasks among subcontractors, coordinate work with other trades. * **Interpret drawings and perform layout surveys**, providing technical solutions and advice to the Project Coordinator. * **Organize and receive materials**. Identify material incidents and requirements, reporting them to the Project Coordinator. * **Monitor on-site progress** (measurements, change orders, etc.) and prepare certifications. * Ensure compliance with **occupational health and safety regulations**. * **Control quality** and correct execution of work items.
