




**WHO WE ARE** Experts in the design, manufacturing, and marketing of industrial power electronics equipment and systems At **Supsonik**, we have over 35 years of experience developing and manufacturing solutions in uninterruptible power systems (UPS), DC/DC converters, inverters, battery chargers/rectifiers, test benches, power supplies, custom customer-adapted equipment, engineering and project/system design, etc. **JOB DESCRIPTION** We are seeking a Hardware Design and Development Engineer with solid experience in electronic product development to participate in the design, validation, and improvement of power electronic systems, working closely with multidisciplinary teams. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Design and development of electronic hardware for power electronics products * Validation and testing of prototypes (EMC, thermal, functional) * Collaboration with software team for HW/SW integration * Technical documentation and support during product industrialization * Preparation of product technical documentation: specifications, manuals, data sheets, etc. * Creation of manufacturing-oriented documentation: assembly instructions, testing, validation, and quality control * Technical support to pre-sales team: analysis of customer requirements, specification reviews, preparation of technical documentation for proposals * Participation in design reviews and continuous improvement **REQUIREMENTS** **Education:** Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar. **Experience:** * Experience in power electronics (converters, inverters, switched-mode power supplies) * Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronic hardware design * Experience with simulation tools (PLECS) * Experience in embedded software design (C/C\+\+) will be valued **Knowledge:** * Advanced knowledge in analog and digital circuit design * Knowledge of electrical safety standards and electromagnetic compatibility regulations will be an additional advantage **Required competencies:** * Teamwork ability * Proactivity * Results orientation **Languages:** English: High level Interested?
