Candidates must be organized and capable of handling multiple areas including procurement, workshop coordination, and commercial activities — ideal for those seeking immediate employment. Main responsibilities include full administrative management under the supervision of the branch manager. This includes managing the commercial cycle: processing orders, tracking deliveries, and onboarding new customers. Logistics and warehouse duties involve managing delivery notes, goods, stock transfers, and coordinating transportation. In procurement, the role entails submitting material requests to suppliers. Additionally, the position requires public/customer service, including answering calls and resolving incidents. A temporary contract of 2 months is offered. Compensation is €11.78 gross per hour, plus attractive schedule flexibility. Working hours allow some adaptability from Monday to Friday. **Experience:** Minimum 5 years performing similar functions in administrative departments. Advanced proficiency in SAP Business One is mandatory. A personal vehicle is required to access the workplace. **Attitude:** Solution-oriented, detail-oriented, and capable of working autonomously.
