We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Construction Site Manager to join their team and lead significant projects. **Job Description:** We are looking for a Construction Site Manager with extensive experience in managing building projects, particularly those carried out in collaboration with the public administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all activities related to project execution, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise all site activities. * Efficiently manage human and material resources. * Ensure compliance with deadlines and required quality standards. * Monitor costs and manage the project budget. * Promptly and effectively resolve technical and execution-related issues. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * Maintain smooth communication with the public administration and other stakeholders. Requirements * Degree in Construction Engineering, Technical Architecture, or a related field. * Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Construction Site Manager on building projects. * Proven experience in projects carried out for the public administration. * In-depth knowledge of construction processes and current regulations. * Proficiency in Presto, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project. * Leadership skills and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
