We seek a KAM who will serve as the primary contact person for all Jungheinrich sales and service areas and ensure cross-selling with customers and prospects (Account Management). **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan and execute customer visits according to segment- and sector-specific objectives to ensure greater market penetration. * Develop, monitor, negotiate, and close sales opportunities in accordance with the sales plan targets, including acquisition of new potential customers. * Ensure reliable data transfer to the Indoor Sales team and deliver all relevant information to complete the sales process. * For decentralized customers, drive and coordinate accounts through regional KAMs or Commercial Technicians in their respective sales territories. * Guarantee execution of action plans established during monthly sales meetings and activity control sessions with the Sales Manager. * Provide consultative sales across all business lines to achieve comprehensive market penetration and ensure correct internal communication with respective departments. * Act as the primary contact throughout the sales process, closely collaborating with the Indoor Sales team until final payment. * Ensure data quality to enable systematic market processing by recording and updating the database, activities, visits, and customer contacts. * Develop short-, medium-, and long-term strategic plans for assigned customers. * Identify potential customers through market observation, research, and outreach. Develop and strengthen relationships with existing and potential customers through frequent visits to all sites, engaging valid stakeholders (e.g., purchasers, specifiers, logistics personnel). * Monitor and act upon commercial activity indicators (KPIs) to correct deviations in account development. * Participate in regional events (e.g., trade fairs, conferences) to enhance market penetration. Requirements * University degree in Business Administration or equivalent. Technical background (e.g., Engineering) is highly valued. * Prior experience leading large accounts. * Advanced level of English. * Person with strong negotiation skills, customer orientation, results orientation, and strategic thinking.
