**Job Description** We are seeking a **Technical Leader for Electronic Administration Projects**, responsible for the operational coordination of implementations in the public sector. Reporting to the Project Director, you will serve as the key liaison between the technical team and management, taking responsibility for detailed planning, task tracking, delivery quality, and resolution of day-to-day technical impediments. **Key Responsibilities:** * Development and maintenance of the project plan: schedule, dependencies, and milestones. * Assignment of tasks to the technical team, progress monitoring, and deviation management. * Preparation of status reports and reporting to the Project Director (scope, timeline, risks, and incidents). * Technical supervision of project activities and resolution of blockers. * Participation in architectural decisions within the project scope. * Ensuring technical quality of deliverables (configurations, integrations, testing, and documentation). * Coordination with internal teams (development, infrastructure) and the client’s technical departments. * Technical interface with the client in committees, progress meetings, and validations. * Mentoring and support for junior technical profiles within the team. **Profile** * Minimum **6 years’ experience in ICT projects**, including at least **2 years leading technical teams**. * Experience in **implementing electronic administration platforms in public administrations**. * Proficiency with planning and tracking tools (MS Project, Jira, Redmine or similar). * Solid technical profile: REST/SOAP integrations, databases, and on\-premise and cloud infrastructures. * Knowledge of the regulatory framework for Electronic Administration (Law 39/2015, ENI, ENS). * University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field. **Preferred Qualifications:** * PMP, Prince2, or Scrum Master certification. * Familiarity with interoperability platforms (@firma, Cl@ve, FACe, Notific@). * Experience in projects with Local Administrations (municipalities, provincial councils). **About Inetum** **Company Description** **About Inetum** **Inetum** is a European leader in digital services.
