**Job Description** Inetum Norte's Data\&AI team is seeking an AI Solutions Developer with experience in Data Science, Generative Artificial Intelligence, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) to participate in the design, development, and integration of solutions based on advanced language models within high-impact projects. The selected candidate will join multidisciplinary teams at a well-known client within the Basque public administration, collaborating closely with data science, architecture, and business professionals, and will contribute to developing AI solutions applied to real-world, production environments—focused on intelligent data exploitation and process automation. This position targets professionals with a solid technical background, ability to develop end\-to\-end solutions, and experience integrating language models into corporate platforms and services; knowledge of enterprise data and analytics ecosystems is especially valued. **Profile** * Minimum 4 years of experience developing Generative AI and/or Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions in real-world environments. * Practical experience in designing, developing, and integrating language model-based solutions. * Knowledge and hands-on experience with Transformer architectures and language models such as BERT, GPT, or equivalent models. * Experience using NLP frameworks and libraries, such as Hugging Face Transformers or similar. * Programming skills applied to AI and Machine Learning, oriented toward building productive services and applications. * Experience integrating AI models into production environments via APIs, services, or microservices. * Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams. Desirable Requirements * Experience in Data Engineering, including: + Development of complex ETL processes. + Use of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). + Design and architecture of Data Warehouse (DWH). * Knowledge or experience developing dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI. * Prior experience in corporate projects, cross-platform systems, or public-sector environments. * Familiarity with software quality best practices, code versioning, and teamwork. **About Inetum** Inetum is a European leader in digital services.
