**Job Description** From the Operations line of Inetum Norte, we require the incorporation, at our delegation, of a CMDB technician. The selected candidate will join one of our teams located in Bilbao to participate in services for the Public Administration. Brief description of responsibilities: * **Resolution of tickets, production changes (objects, users, websites, billing, etc.), handling requests via phone and work queues.** * **Proficient use of Control\-M, Active Directory, Windows, and Linux.** * **Inventory management** * **Experience with ITSM platforms** Technical requirements: * **Knowledge of Windows; experience with Control\-M, Active Directory, and ticketing tools is desirable.** * **Minimum prior experience in IT operations departments.** * **Strong communication and incident management skills.** * **Experience in inventory management** * **Experience in operations services** Additionally, knowledge and certifications in Basque will be considered favorably. **Profile** Over 15 years of experience in operations services Technical requirements: * **Knowledge of Windows; experience with Control\-M, Active Directory, and ticketing tools is desirable.** * **Minimum prior experience in IT operations departments.** * **Strong communication and incident management skills.** * **Experience in inventory management** * **Experience in operations services** Additionally, knowledge and certifications in Basque will be considered favorably. **About Inetum** Inetum is a European leader in digital services.
