**Job Description** We are seeking candidates for a Batch Scheduling or Process Planning Operator role. These professionals will primarily be responsible for executing and maintaining batch process scheduling in complex technological environments, ensuring the correct execution of batch workflows, coordinating with other technical teams, and resolving operational incidents. Responsibilities: * Configure and maintain batch execution calendars. * Monitor the execution of automated processes. * Identify and escalate incidents related to batch scheduling and execution. * Participate in continuous improvement of service procedures. Collaborate with operations, development, and support teams to ensure service continuity. **Profile** Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience in batch process scheduling. * Knowledge of scheduling and automation tools. * Analytical ability and incident resolution capability. * Batch scheduling and automation tools, ITSM (Control\-M, Autosys, UC4, Java, GitHub, Unix/AIX/Linux, ITNow, Editran, SAP Transport) * Operations consoles and monitoring tools. * Basic scripting knowledge. * Familiarity with distributed systems. * Availability to work rotating shifts and on-call duties. * Intermediate level of English.
