This role is ideal for an experienced professional who excels at transforming complex financial data into actionable business insights and driving data\-informed decision\-making across the organization. As a Lead Financial Data Analyst, you will oversee financial reporting, develop analytical models, identify trends and opportunities, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve financial performance and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities * Analyze large financial datasets to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities. * Develop and maintain financial dashboards, reports, and performance metrics. * Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis initiatives. * Collaborate with finance, operations, and executive leadership teams to support strategic decision\-making. * Design and improve data collection, validation, and reporting processes. * Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior management. * Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal standards. * Mentor and support junior analysts and contribute to team development. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. * 5\+ years of experience in financial analysis, business intelligence, or data analytics. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling. * Strong experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools. * Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast\-paced environment.
