




Job Summary: We are seeking a Front Desk Assistant for a hotel in Bilbao, responsible for check-in/check-out, incident management, key control, and customer service. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end front desk management and customer service CATALONIA HOTELS & RESORTS requires a FRONT DESK ASSISTANT to work at our hotel located in the center of BILBAO. **Main responsibilities include:** * Check-in/Check-out. * Key control and reading of room keys. * Safe deposit box rentals. * Cash reconciliation and handover to the colleague on the next shift. * Full responsibility for all matters arising during one's working hours. • Incident management, but not resolution. * Luggage handling. * Room changes. * Mail management. * Room sales. * Managing switchboard calls. * Supervision of bell staff under one's charge. REQUIREMENTS * Experience in a similar role. * Studies in tourism. * Advanced English + other languages are desirable. * Customer-oriented attitude. * SAP knowledge will be highly valued.
