And now we’re landing in Spain! Selection days will take place in Bilbao during the week of 21 **September 2026**. These positions will commence in **October 2026**, with the store opening scheduled shortly thereafter. **We offer contracts of 30, 25, 20, 16, and 12 hours per week.** The Challenge We are seeking individuals eager to join our store team. You will become part of a dynamic environment and collaborate on daily tasks as directed by your immediate supervisors. Your goal will be to deliver an outstanding customer experience and contribute to in-store sales success. What You’ll Do * Maintain company operational and compliance standards. * Ensure all daily routines are carried out according to instructions from your immediate supervisors. * Participate in stock processing and replenishment. * Assist customers and process payments at the checkout. * Efficiently manage returns in accordance with established procedures. * Guarantee product presentation and organisation to optimise sales. * Participate in the store’s price reduction cycles (markdowns). * Comply at all times with health and safety regulations. * Demonstrate courtesy and collaboration towards customers, colleagues, and immediate supervisors. * Show knowledge of the brands and products available in the store. * Promote and reflect TJX Europe’s values in every interaction. * Carry out additional maintenance, cleaning, or operational support tasks as required.
