Your ability to translate design concepts into tangible realities will be essential, carefully refining every finish to ensure visually appealing results aligned with brand identity. This position requires a proactive individual with initiative and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Flexibility is important, especially during peak seasons from May to December. Adaptability to various schedules—including split shifts and occasional weekends—will be valued. A personal vehicle is required for travel. Practical experience in decoration, as well as knowledge of interior design and visual merchandising, will be valued. Your contribution will be key to maintaining a fresh and attractive image across our establishments, enhancing our customers’ experience. We seek someone passionate about creativity and the visual impact of their work. Proven prior experience in decoration or related roles. Solid knowledge of decoration techniques, design principles, and visual merchandising. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Flexible availability, particularly between May and December. A personal vehicle is required for travel.
