Job Summary: We are seeking a tower crane operator to safely move materials, collaborate with the team, and perform routine maintenance inspections. Key Responsibilities: 1. Tower crane operation with emphasis on safety and efficiency. 2. Collaboration with the construction team. 3. Simple crane inspections and reporting of incidents. We are looking for an operator to handle a tower crane on construction sites. Main tasks include safely and efficiently moving materials, always ensuring compliance with machinery safety regulations. The selected candidate will work closely with the rest of the construction team to ensure daily site operations run as smoothly as possible. They will also be responsible for conducting simple crane inspections and reporting any issues or maintenance needs that arise. This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday, with a one-year employment contract. Salary will be determined in accordance with the Construction Collective Agreement. A valid tower crane operator certification is mandatory for this role, along with at least two years of prior experience in construction. Basic knowledge of machinery maintenance is required, and the candidate must be available to work in Castropol for the duration of the project—approximately one year. Commitment to safety and strong teamwork skills are highly valued.
