The woman's family situation and social environment—including her children—are analyzed, paying attention to key data for intervention. Personal and social circumstances are assessed to design a tailored intervention plan, evaluating the severity of abuse and the risk to both the woman and minors. Economic, employment, or housing deficiencies are identified, and referrals are made to appropriate resources. Information is provided about available support services, and assistance is offered throughout related procedures, while supervising the recovery process and interventions with children. Efforts are made to help women gain autonomy and control over their lives, reinforcing personal skills and promoting stable changes. A supportive relationship based on communication and accompaniment is established. Other social agents are also guided on early detection of gender-based violence, and participation takes place in awareness-raising talks at schools and other venues. The team meets periodically to coordinate. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7.24 hours per day, mainly in the mornings. Temporary contract until November 2026, with possibility of extension.
