There will be no shift maintenance supervisor, so we’re looking for a proactive, autonomous, and solution-driven individual. **Your Missions (if you choose to accept them):** * Be the guardian of our machines, ensuring their proper operation and minimizing downtime. * Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults across our production lines (filling machines, pressure and temperature control systems, automation systems, etc.). * Think like a detective to interpret technical manuals and manage spare parts inventory—including placing orders! * Master the use of HMIs, configure parameters, collect data, and work with meters and nameplates. * Transform data into valuable insights using your **Excel superpower** to generate reports. **What do you need to succeed?** * **Experience:** At least 10 years in electromechanical maintenance! * **Knowledge:** Solid grounding in mechanics and, critically, in electricity—including automation and industrial control. * **Skills:** Ability to work autonomously, proactivity, strong communication, and problem-solving aptitude. * **Vision:** Seeing beyond the fault—understanding the production process and how your work impacts it. * **Tools:** Proficiency with HMIs, control systems, meters—and, of course, expert-level Excel for reporting! * **Languages:** Fluent Spanish. **What do we offer?** * The opportunity to join a growing corporate group—Eosol Group. * A key position within a dynamic **production** environment full of constant challenges. * Collaboration within a team that values autonomy and initiative. * **Conditions:** * Location: Lekunberri. * Schedule: Rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts (night shifts begin on Sundays). * On-call duties!
