Job Summary: TRAGSA is seeking a Foreman/Forewoman to support fisheries management, organizing and supervising construction works, teams, and processes for rural development and natural conservation. Advising operators and controlling occupational health and safety (PRL) Foreman/Forewoman \- Fisheries Management (Viella, Asturias) **Number of Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- TRAGSA **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in activities related to rural development and nature conservation, seeks to hire a Foreman/Forewoman to provide support in fisheries management. **Workplace Location** -------------------- * Asturias Region Address: Viella \- Siero **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Planning and managing the workflow and methodology of assigned construction works * Monitoring and tracking the execution of specific construction tasks * Layout and construction of work units * Supervision and coordination of the work team * Proposing procedures, materials, and techniques; advising team operators * Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety (PRL) measures by all team members * Managing equipment and construction machinery * Supervising and verifying work processes and outcomes; ensuring compliance with acceptance conditions for completed works * Controlling quality procedures for construction works. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the stated requirements and/or merits must be substantiated either through evaluation tests and/or by attaching supporting documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The TRAGSA Group reserves the right to request, at any stage of the selection process, documentary evidence supporting the information provided in the application, as well as to require additional details from the candidate’s CV whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits for this vacancy. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree (Bachiller), BUP, COU, FP I, CFGM, FP II or CFGS (officially recognized in Spain) in a field enabling performance of the duties: forestry and/or natural environment management and conservation. #### **Additional Training** * Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) course of at least 60 hours ### **Previous Experience** * Minimum one year of verifiable professional experience in team management and supervision of small infrastructure projects ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Spanish Class B driving license, currently in force **Merit Criteria (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Verifiable training related to the duties of this position exceeding 300 hours * Verifiable user-level training in ArcGIS and/or QGIS * Verifiable training in KIZEO * Verifiable training in drone operation ### **Previous Experience** * One to three years of verifiable professional experience performing the duties of this position ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 16 months, linked to the implementation of the assignment detailed in the announcement under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or funded by European Union funds. + Full-time working schedule The application period is open from today, 21/05/2026, until 26/05/2026 at 23:59 (Peninsular Time).
