Collaborative and supportive work environment We are recruiting a Cybersecurity Tech Lead to strengthen Movilser’s team in Madrid, with the possibility of hybrid working arrangements. **What we’re looking for:** * Candidate with at least 3 years’ experience as a **Cybersecurity Tech Lead** or as a **cybersecurity team manager** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field. * Preferred: Master’s degree in Cybersecurity and certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent. * Solid experience in: * + Networks and communications. + Operating systems (Windows, Linux). Security tools (EDR, SIEM, IDS/IPS, etc.). + Security architectures and infrastructure. + Identity management (IAM) and access governance. + Cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP). + Vulnerability management, monitoring, and implementation of controls. + Evaluation and integration of security solutions. + Risk assessment and management. + Ability to lead projects, coordinate technical teams, and make strategic decisions. + High level of English proficiency. **What we offer:** * Flexible working arrangements (hybrid); * Opportunity for professional growth within a growing company.
