Additionally, you will be provided with a company vehicle. **Your Responsibilities:** Your primary mission will be to ensure the proper functioning of our clients’ IT systems and networks, delivering effective technical responses and excellent customer service. You will report directly to the Technical Manager and receive full support from the Systems Team. Key responsibilities include: * Providing technical support to a portfolio of clients under contracted IT maintenance agreements. * Installing and configuring computers, servers, and networks. * Resolving on-site incidents and ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance. * Managing and scheduling local and remote backups, as well as virtualization systems. * Installing and administering services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and technologies including Office 365, SharePoint, and Teams. **Requirements:** We seek candidates with technical education: Technical Engineering or Higher Degree in Systems. Prior experience of at least one year as a field technician or systems administrator—particularly in Windows Server environments—is highly desirable, along with knowledge of networking, virtualization (VMware, Syneto), firewalls (Sophos, SonicWall), Office 365, and associated tools. A valid driver’s license is required, as you will need to travel to client sites—all on the same day. Candidates residing in Logroño or nearby areas will be prioritized, as the role is based exclusively in this region. Strong interpersonal skills with clients, as well as a proactive, responsible attitude and orientation toward teamwork, are also valued.
