TECHNICAL SUPPORT TECHNICIAN FOR MARINE MOTORS AND GENERATORS (ELECTRICAL PROFILE)

Within our Marine, Metal and Mining sector and within the Motors \& Generators business, the main objective of the position will be to take responsibility, always in close contact with the customer, for resolving issues related to an already installed machine, both in terms of repair and advisory services, to ensure proper operation of the machines and successful commissioning. Main responsibilities of the position: * . Provide technical assistance service for machines, as well as carry out and/or supervise commissioning and field maintenance tasks when required by the sector. * . Customer contact: receiving problem details, sending quotations and solutions, usage regulations, etc. * . Preparation of technical assistance interventions. Proposing balanced solutions in terms of service and price that provide maximum benefit to both company and customer. * . Preparation of reports, machine analysis and summarizing results from assistance interventions. * . Resolving customer inquiries via phone. * . Work according to the working frameworks established by the organization (procedures, rules, methodologies, etc.), promoting consistent relationships aligned with company values and teamwork. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS * Academic qualification: Higher vocational training or Technical/Higher Engineering degree in the electrical field. * Proficiency in English. * Availability for international travel. We specialize in the extraction and processing of magnesite for commercialization in the metallurgical, agro-food, and environmental industries. For our mine located in Eugi, we are seeking to hire a Mine Operations Manager. Reporting to the Mine Manager and coordinating with other departments, the selected candidate will assume the following functions and responsibilities: **Main Responsibilities:** * Organize and carry out mining operations within the framework of the authorized exploitation project. * Schedule mining activities after coordination with the plant regarding mineral requirements. * Review, supervise, and manage personnel, including schedules, shifts, and work plans, among others. * Monitor mineral quality to correct any deviations. * Coordinate tasks related to the "Restoration Plan", scheduling activities performed by internal staff or subcontractors. * Develop the maintenance plan for machinery and facilities. * Ensure that the entire mining production process complies with Environmental, Quality, and Occupational Health and Safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Higher Engineering degree and/or Master's in Mining. * At least 5 years of relevant experience in similar roles (desirable). * Experience and/or knowledge in SURPAC and Autocad software is an advantage. * Intermediate to advanced level of English. **Required Skills:** * People management skills.
