If you are excited to work in a pioneering environment where science and creativity come together, this could be your opportunity! **Your main mission will be** to lead and coordinate the management of the center's R&D projects, ensuring follow-up of ongoing initiatives, supporting the definition of strategic priorities in calls, and guaranteeing the quality of deliverables and technical reports. **Our main lines of work focus on:** * Monitoring and supervising the progress of R&D projects. * Driving strategic project planning, aligning research lines with national and European funding calls. * Coordinating project timelines, resources, and deliverables. * Supporting the preparation of technical and administrative reports for national and European funding calls. * Acting as liaison with external stakeholders: funding agencies, technological partners, and strategic allies. * Preparing reports, documentation of results, and delivery of project milestones. #### **Requirements** **We would love to hear from you if you have:** * University degree in scientific-technological fields (Engineering, Biotechnology, Food Science and Technology, or similar). * More than 10 years of experience in R&D, holding positions of responsibility in project management. * Knowledge of public funding programs and calls (national and European). * Proven ability in team management, planning, and leadership of initiatives. * Strong communication, analytical thinking, and organizational skills. * Advanced level of English (C1). **You will make a difference if...** * Your experience comes from the food industry and/or technology centers linked to this sector. * You have led projects under public programs (Horizon Europe, CDTI, Hazitek, etc.). * You have an advanced level of Basque (C1). * You have experience preparing technical reports and European deliverables. **What can you expect from Goe Tech Center?** * Being part of a pioneering project in continuous growth, with a multidisciplinary team passionate about culinary innovation. * Permanent full-time contract. * Possibility to work remotely. * You will actively contribute to maintaining a positive working environment.
