As a Technical Labor Support Agent, you will: * **Customer Service**: This function involves effectively communicating with users to understand and resolve their issues or questions regarding labor management software. * **Resolution of Advisor Queries**: You will assist labor advisors with specific inquiries, providing accurate information and guidance within the labor domain. * **Incident and Bug Reporting**: Documenting and reporting issues is critical to improving labor management software; this requires an observant and analytical mindset. * Interpretation and Implementation of Collective Bargaining Agreements: Understanding labor legislation is essential to correctly implement collective agreements within the management software. * **Payroll Preparation Support**: Assisting in payroll creation using the company’s software, requiring knowledge of labor legislation. * **Labor Procedure Management**: Facilitating and guiding users in leveraging the tool for managing various labor-related processes. **About You** -------------------- * **University degree** in Labor Relations or a related field is essential to grasp the technical and legal aspects of the role and/or vocational training (FP) in Administration and Finance. * **Payroll Processing**: Experience preparing payrolls is crucial, as it constitutes one of the core responsibilities. * **Experience in Advisory Firms**: Prior experience working in labor advisory firms or similar roles provides the necessary practical background. * **Customer Service**: Previous experience in customer service is fundamental, as interaction with users is a constant part of the job. *Beyond professional skills, we seek talented professionals eager to demonstrate and explore their potential by opening new opportunities with us.
