




An industrial sector company is seeking an administrative assistant for purchasing to work in Donostialdea and perform the following tasks: * Ability to analyze information for decision-making, such as thorough analysis of expenses related to product and raw material procurement. * Assertive communication. * Price negotiation. * Comprehensive business vision for current and future company purchases. * Statistical projection of purchases. * Teamwork management. * Establishing quality specifications for products provided by suppliers. * Use of information and communication technologies, such as computers, specific purchasing management software, internet usage, or similar. Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, with rotating morning and afternoon shifts, including breaks established by law. * Previous experience in a similar position. * Knowledge interpreting blueprints is desirable. * We are looking for a person with experience in a similar role and strong negotiation skills. * Residence near the workplace is advantageous. * Strong commercial and negotiation abilities. * Training in Higher Education in Administration and/or Business Management (ADE) is desirable.
