From design to assembly, we fully engage in all types of building and civil engineering projects, advising you with our extensive sector experience. We play an essential role in constructing a better environment through our precast concrete solutions. We are looking for a **BIM Design Technician**, who—integrated into the Technical Office team—will be responsible for producing all necessary drawings for manufacturing and assembly of contracted works, as well as preparing required drawings for project presentations. WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE? Among other duties, the following are highlighted: * Development of structural design drawings and modeling using Tekla Structures, and preparation of manufacturing drawings: this includes reinforcement detailing and rebar cutting schedules. * Preparation of fit-up drawings or sketches: produced for highly complex and large-scale projects, enabling the client to obtain an overall view of the project. * Manufacturing sketches: prepared for unusual components upon request from the factory. * Crane and assembly drawings, upon request from the Assembly Department. * Technical advisory support to both manufacturing and commercial departments. \#LI\-OM1 **Requirements** -------------- We seek a candidate meeting the following requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience. * Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Building Projects; technical education in Building and Civil Engineering. * Meticulousness and attention to detail, ability to maintain focus over extended periods, strong concentration skills, spatial awareness, and technical drawing proficiency. * Proficiency in Spanish.
