· Use of trowel and float

· Cement-related work

· Metal structure painting and assembly

· Working with various materials and painting at height

· Ensuring finishing quality

· Precise execution of manufacturing processes to ensure part quality.

· Management of mixtures, control of curing times, and careful handling of materials.

· Valuation of autonomy, orderliness, and compliance with industrial safety and hygiene regulations.

· Operation of industrial folding and punching machinery.

· Interpretation of simple blueprints and detailed visual inspection.

· Teamwork and basic preventive maintenance.
