Warehouse Supervisor for the Citrus Sector

Description

We are seeking a warehouse supervisor for the citrus sector, with positions available in towns including Alzira, Alberic, Benifairó de la Valldigna, Corbera, and Xeresa. The position is full-time, with rotating morning and afternoon shifts from Monday to Saturday, including corresponding breaks. The gross salary is 10.91 euros per hour. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with the production schedule for each shift and area, as well as for each production line, order, and customer. Incidents must be reported to the person responsible for coordinating plant production, such as absences, performance issues, or equipment failures. Shift objectives must be communicated to operators, their work supervised, and production progress monitored. Additionally, the supervisor must brief the next-shift supervisor during every handover and periodically evaluate operators to ensure adherence to established work methods. Other duties inherent to the position also apply. The offered contract is permanent.
