Grinding Die Maker Operator

Description

We are seeking an operator to perform metal part grinding, die and mold adjustment and maintenance in a machining workshop in Valencia. Responsibilities include operating conventional and CNC machinery, interpreting technical drawings, and using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and comparators. Work is conducted collaboratively, adhering to quality and safety standards. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:30, full-time. A minimum of two years of verifiable experience in a similar position is required, along with training in mechanics or mechanical manufacturing. Daily tasks include preparing and setting up grinding machines, dimensional inspection of parts, detecting and correcting defects, and collaborating on continuous process improvement. An initial project- or service-based contract is offered, with potential for continuation, within a stable environment in the machining and die-making industry. Minimum two years of experience as a grinding die maker or in a similar role. Knowledge of surface, cylindrical, and tool grinding machines. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments. Training in machining or mechanical manufacturing. Availability for full-time work.
