Joining a solid and growing company A national maintenance services company, specializing in comprehensive building maintenance across various sectors (large retail stores, shopping centers, offices, etc.), is looking to hire a FIRST MULTITECHNICIAN TECHNICIAN for a Fixed Location in Valencia. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on integrated facilities—including electricity, HVAC, plumbing, sanitation, locksmithing, painting, fire protection systems (PCI), etc.—in accordance with the established schedule. * Repairing, maintaining, and replacing equipment and installations, ensuring quality, safety, and proper functionality. * Diagnosing and locating faults by applying defined procedures. * Carrying out tasks according to specifications provided by the direct supervisor. * Proper control and use of materials. **REQUIREMENTS** * Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) Certificate: 20h or 60h + 6h. * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a First Technician in preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities. * Versatile and multifunctional profile. * Ability to work in a team, professionalism, and customer orientation. * Responsible individual with motivation and a proactive attitude. **WE OFFER** * Permanent contract. * Opportunity to join a solid and growing company. * Full-time position. * Salary according to collective agreement (14 annual payments). * Working hours: Rotating morning and afternoon shifts + 2 weekends per month, as per the shift schedule. * Possibility of overtime.
