You will be responsible for leading the culinary strategy, gastronomic quality with creative vision, and overall kitchen management of the hotel, ensuring excellence in food quality, operational excellence to lead its gastronomic offering, and thereby elevating the culinary experience of our guests. **\*\* You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your COMPETENCIES in:** * Designing, updating, and standardizing menus and dishes aligned with the hotel’s profile, seasonality, and customer demand. * Supervising the preparation, presentation, and quality of all kitchen stations within the hotel. * Ensuring correct dish execution according to hotel standards, guaranteeing quality, presentation, and consistency. * Planning daily kitchen operations (breakfast service, buffet, à la carte, events, and banquets). * Selecting, coordinating, directing, training, and motivating the kitchen team. * Preparing and supervising staff rosters; ensuring adherence to schedules and production rhythms. * Managing ingredient inventory, supervising purchases and suppliers, and controlling overall food cost and per-dish food cost. * Monitoring waste, spoilage, and product utilization. * Ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations, food safety standards (HACCP), and occupational risk prevention. Overseeing kitchen and cold room cleaning. * Maintaining constant communication with the dining room (Maître) to synchronize service. Coordinating with F\&B Management and other departments (restaurant, events, procurement, management) to ensure seamless integrated service. * Proposing continuous improvements to processes, recipes, and presentation. * Upholding the hotel’s image and standards.
