We seek a professional line cook to prepare meals and organize stations for the menu. The selected candidate will play a key role in contributing to our guests' satisfaction and acquisition goals. **Responsibilities** * Organize and stock stations with all required items * Prepare food for service (e.g., cutting vegetables and meat or preparing sauces) * Cook menu items in cooperation with other kitchen staff * Respond to, report on, and follow instructions from the chef * Clean the station and manage leftover food * Store inventory appropriately * Ensure food is served simultaneously, timely, and of high quality * Comply with nutritional, hygiene, and safety regulations and standards * Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward coworkers and guests **Requirements** * Proven experience in culinary operations, including experience as a line cook, restaurant cook, or kitchen assistant * Excellent knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures * Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks * Familiarity with industry best practices Employment Type: Full-time Benefits: * Flexible working hours Experience: * COOKING: 1 year (Preferred) Language: * English (Preferred) Work Location: On-site Work Location: On-site
