At **Coral Beach, Les Bassetes**, a restaurant specializing in Mediterranean cuisine and fresh produce, we are seeking a kitchen assistant to join our team. We work with rice dishes, fresh fish, shellfish, and high-quality ingredients; therefore, we value responsible, organized individuals eager to learn. **Main Responsibilities** * Preparation of mise en place for rice dishes and Mediterranean cuisine service. * Cleaning and cutting of vegetables, fish, and shellfish. * Support in preparing rice dishes, stocks, and basic preparations. * Plating dishes under the supervision of the head chef. * Basic cold storage and inventory management. * Cleaning and maintenance of the work area according to APPCC regulations. **Requirements** * Prior kitchen experience (especially with rice dishes or Mediterranean cuisine is preferred). * Knowledge of food handling practices. * Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently during high-volume service periods. * Speed, organization, and proactive attitude. * Commitment and responsibility. **We Offer** * Immediate hiring. * Employment at an established restaurant in the area. * Positive working environment. * Opportunities for continuity and professional growth.
