Full Stack Developer

We are looking to bring into our team a person eager to continue learning and growing as a **Full Stack Web Developer.** The main objective of this position is to ensure code quality, process efficiency, and alignment with business goals. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate in promoting good development practices, QA, and continuous improvement. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS** * Develop front-end and back-end functionalities of applications using modern technologies. * Actively participate in technical design and solution architecture. * Collaborate in code reviews and contribute best development practices. * Proactively identify and resolve technical issues and bugs. * Document development work to facilitate maintenance and scalability. * Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose technical improvements. **REQUIREMENTS** * A Full Stack Web Developer with at least 3\-4 years of proven experience developing web applications. * Strong proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, PHP, Python, or Java, and frameworks including Django, Spring Boot, or Laravel. * Proficiency in Git version control system and continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD). * Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. * Ability to clearly and effectively communicate technical ideas. * Interest in helping the team grow and contributing new ideas. **What does the company offer?** * Joining a growing group of companies. * Modern tools and dynamic projects. * Permanent contract. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–17:00; Friday, 08:00–15:00, with flexible scheduling. * Hybrid work model with 2 remote working days per week. * Salary: approx. 27\-30k * Location: Alicante
