Packaging/Production Operator

Description

We are seeking personnel to join a packaging and production team in the food industry, specifically on the rice and pasta production line. Main responsibilities include handling various packaging formats—such as small cups and doypacks—while monitoring machinery and raw materials to ensure continuous workflow. It is necessary to supervise automated production lines, replenish supplies as needed, and perform basic quality checks during the process to verify that products meet required standards. The work environment is dynamic, with rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) from Monday to Friday. The working week totals 40 hours, and the initial contract is temporary for one month, with possibility of extension—offering stable employment not limited to a single seasonal campaign. Safety training and equipment operation training will be provided to help personnel adapt to the work pace. This position is essential for ensuring products are properly packaged and ready for distribution, within a collaborative and production-focused environment. Immediate availability to start work is required. Having personal transportation is mandatory, as the workplace is located in Algemesí and no direct public transport options are available.
