**JOIN THE OLIVA NOVA EQUESTRIAN CENTRE TEAM** At the Oliva Nova Equestrian Centre, we are seeking a professional to join our technical team responsible for maintaining the sand arenas, ensuring they are in optimal condition for training and competitions. The selected candidate will prepare the facilities for the upcoming season starting in February, guaranteeing the required quality and safety standards for each event. Position: Tractor Operator – Arena Maintenance Location: Oliva (Valencia) **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Level and condition competition and warm-up arenas during breaks between events * Perform basic maintenance on the assigned tractor and equipment * Assist with other duties inherent to the position and support the technical team **REQUIREMENTS** * Mandatory tractor operator / agricultural vehicle license * Proven experience operating tractors * Valid driving license class B and personal vehicle for commuting to the workplace * Residence in Oliva or nearby towns **WE OFFER** * Opportunity to join an internationally renowned equestrian centre * Planned start date: September 2026 * Full-time employment during the competition season * A professional, dynamic work environment with strong international prospects **If you meet the requirements and wish to become part of a team working at top-level equestrian competitions, we look forward to welcoming you at the Oliva Nova Equestrian Centre.**
