CEU Cardenal Herrera University, within its Marketing and Digital Communication area, is seeking to hire a **Web Content and SEO Manager** to manage, optimize, and ensure the quality of the University’s digital content across its various channels and multilingual web environments. ### **What will you do?** * Maintain, publish correctly, and optimize the University’s corporate website for SEO in Spanish, English, and French. * Design and publish web content in Sitecore and WordPress environments, ensuring correct display of text, images, links, and multimedia elements in all three languages. * Write, edit, and optimize web content in Spanish (degree program profiles, news articles, landing pages, and institutional content), following usability, SEO positioning, and brand tone guidelines. * Apply on-page SEO best practices in content management—including metadata, heading structure, internal linking, and image optimization—in coordination with the SEO team. * Manage content within the Sitecore DXP environment, creating and editing pages, components, and multimedia assets. * Administer and update corporate websites built on WordPress, using Elementor and multilingual management tools such as WPML. * Periodically review existing content to ensure quality, relevance, consistency, and alignment with corporate standards. ### **What are we looking for?** * University degree in Advertising and Public Relations, Journalism, Audiovisual Communication, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in web content management, SEO writing, or content marketing—preferably in corporate, educational, or high-volume information environments. * Advanced proficiency in WordPress, Elementor, and WPML. * Knowledge of on-page SEO and understanding of its impact on organic search rankings and user experience. * Familiarity with and/or experience using Sitecore or other DXP/CMS platforms—such as Drupal or Adobe Experience Manager—will be valued. * Additional training and/or certifications in SEO (Google, SEMrush, or other specialized tools) will be considered an asset. * Intermediate level of English (B1–B2). * Prior experience in universities, educational institutions, or managing multilingual web environments will be valued. ### **Personal competencies** * Excellent writing skills and attention to detail, with particular care for spelling, grammar, and style. * Strong organizational and priority-management abilities, handling multiple requests and deadlines simultaneously. * Results-oriented mindset, understanding the impact of content on digital positioning and user experience. * Proactivity and autonomy in task execution, aligning with priorities established by the Service. * Rigor, methodological discipline, and ability to work according to corporate publication processes and standards. * Curiosity, interest in digital trends, and capacity for continuous learning in an ever-evolving environment. ### **What do we offer?** * Join a leading university institution committed to academic excellence and innovation. * Active participation in managing and evolving the University’s corporate digital channels. * Professional development in a dynamic, collaborative, and continuously improving environment. * Ongoing training and access to digital transformation and growth initiatives. * Integration into a multidisciplinary team with significant impact on the University’s institutional communication and positioning.
