**Are you looking for a flexible weekend position in an international environment?** NWVA SL is strengthening its operations team and recruiting a **part-time coordinator** to manage services during peak activity periods. **Schedule Organization** * **Saturday – Sunday – Monday**, or * **Friday – Saturday – Sunday** * Shifts of **8 to 12 hours**, depending on operational needs **Your Mission** You will be responsible for tracking client requests during weekend hours, ensuring coordination among service providers, internal teams, and clients. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle incoming calls and service requests. * Coordinate interventions with external partners. * Maintain rigorous follow-up on ongoing cases. * Prioritize tasks based on urgency and quality standards. * Keep clients informed about the status of their requests. * Comply with GDPR regulations and internal procedures. **Required Profile** * **English is mandatory.** * Proficiency in French and/or Spanish is an advantage. * Availability to work 8- to 12-hour shifts during the indicated time slots. * Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. * Ability to handle a fast-paced environment professionally. * Personal vehicle required to commute to the site. **We Offer** * Stable part-time contract. * Structured weekend schedule. * Training and onboarding support. * Multicultural and collaborative environment. * Onsite position based in Alicante. **Position Type:** Part-time Employment Type: Part-time Pre-screening Question(s): * Is English your native language? * Which other languages do you speak? * Are you available for 8- to 12-hour shifts on weekends? * Do you have a personal vehicle? * Have you previously worked in customer service?
