Description

The position focuses on fundamental production line operations within the food industry. Key responsibilities include safe handling of products, packaging, and final packing, ensuring each unit meets established standards before distribution. This role is essential for maintaining the continuous flow of the production chain, requiring attention to detail and strict adherence to safety and hygiene protocols. In addition to line tasks, the operator will perform visual quality control, inspecting both the product and its packaging to detect any deviations. They will also be responsible for supplying necessary packaging materials and for preparing and boxing orders, ensuring they are ready for shipment. Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area, in compliance with food hygiene regulations, is an integral and daily part of the responsibilities. The work environment is dynamic and characterized by teamwork to achieve daily production targets. The position offers stable employment in an essential industry, with a structured schedule enabling predictable work-life balance. Performance in this role directly contributes to operational efficiency and end-customer satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality products. Working hours are full-time from Monday to Friday, with rotating morning and afternoon shifts. The gross hourly wage offered is 10.69 euros. There is an optional, voluntary opportunity to work overtime on Saturdays during peak campaign periods. Immediate hiring is available, offering a stable position within the industry. Completion of Compulsory Secondary Education is required; prior experience—of at least two years—in a factory setting, on a production line, or specifically within the food industry is considered a strong asset. A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are mandatory for commuting to the workplace. The ideal candidate must demonstrate teamwork capability, responsibility, and availability for immediate hiring.
