**The Mimara Group is seeking a gerocultor/a for one of our residences located in Villaornate.** *Work schedule description:* \- 40-hour weekly employment contract (alternating long and short weeks) *Location:* \- Villaornate The main responsibilities include: * Supporting the interdisciplinary team during the reception and onboarding of new residents, collaborating in adapting the individualized care plan. * Carrying out interventions scheduled by the interdisciplinary team to address activities of daily living. * Collaborating in the planning, organization, and implementation of preventive, occupational, and leisure activities. * Maintaining residents’ personal hygiene. * Cleaning the first-aid kit and its contents, as well as all other healthcare or assistance-related equipment. * Providing and administering food to residents, facilitating ingestion where required. * Performing repositioning maneuvers and other auxiliary services assigned according to technical training. * Assisting residents in preparation for transfers, including accompanying, monitoring, and providing support. * Collaborating with healthcare staff in medication administration. * Assisting nurses in caring for residents with colostomies or catheters, as well as administering food via syringe. * Supporting and stimulating residents’ communication to enhance their daily functioning and social interaction. * Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to integrate residents’ families into the center’s daily life. * Reporting any health-related incidents concerning residents. Observing and recording in the incident log any detected behavioral and/or physical changes. Candidates must hold the required qualification or authorization and/or possess the relevant experience necessary to perform these duties, in accordance with current regulations.
