Because growing at Luderna also means building something of your own. **Description**: We are seeking a person for reservation management and customer service at our Vielha office, with a positive attitude towards managing change. You will join a dynamic team interacting with our customers and providing support to other departments within the company. The position offers work during the winter season, with the possibility of extension into the summer season. **Responsibilities**: * Providing telephone customer service. * Virtual customer assistance. * Managing reservations and services. * Handling incident reports via phone. **Requirements**: * Strong communication skills * Intermediate to advanced level of office software * Good interpersonal skills * Experience managing virtual environments **Required language knowledge**: * French and/or * English **Conditions**: * Schedule: Monday to Sunday (two weekly rest days).
